Vado de Salmerón Refuge
El Refugio del Salmerón ford is located on the Tagus track in the section between the Poveda Bridge and the San Pedro´s Bridgeas well as the shelters of the Tobas Fountain and those of La Falaguera I and II.
Due to its location on the Tajo trail, the Vado de Salmerón refuge is mainly used by hikers who are walking the GR-113 or GR-10, or by all those who are hiking through the Upper Tagus, as camping is prohibited except in these cases.
