The Tagus River Interpretation Center, located in the town of Zaorejas, helps us understand the details of the Tagus from its source to its mouth in Portugal, delving into the most relevant aspects of its journey through the Natural Park.

Life in the canyons of Alto Tajo, where it describes from the geological origin of this unique relief to the different species and plant formations that the gorges and canyons harbor.

Man and the River. Where we review how the river has been used as a source of energy, food, and transportation by humans throughout history.

- 1000 km of Life - 1000 km of Challenges: Comprehensive journey along the Tagus River, from its source to its mouth in Lisbon, describing its natural richness and the threats looming over it.

To find this interpretation center, you need to head to the town of Zaorejas, right by the roadside next to a square and a park, specifically at kilometer 56 (PK-56) on the CM-2015 road.
