Location: Megina

Megina is a small town nestled in a small valley of the Alto Tajo, bordering the lands of the Señorío de Molina, at an altitude of almost 1,300 metres above sea level.
The town centre is located on the right bank of a small stream, the Jándula, which we follow to get to an impressive sickleThe limestone ravine - inhabited by vultures, Egyptian vultures, and other rock birds - is home to some fantastic tectonic folds and other geological curiosities.
In terms of heritage, the Parish Church of Megina, dating from the 16th-18th centuries with medieval reminiscences, stands out at the top of the town, although the hermitages of San Pedro and Santa Quiteria should also be mentioned.
