Location: Zaorejas

Zaorejas one of the Alto Tajo's cattle-raising villages, is located practically in the centre of the natural park, on an extensive plateau, overlooking the valley of the Arroyo de Fuentelengua stream before it flows into the river Tajo.
The landscape surrounding the town centre is arid and stark, in total contrast to the extensive forests that, just over a kilometre away, populate the steep cliffs and canyons that form the typical landscape of the Upper Tagus.
In the surrounding area, the famous San Pedro Bridge and the Escaleruela Waterfall are worth mentioning, not forgetting the impressive views from the Mirador del Tajo viewpoint.
As for its heritage, it is a village that conserves a large part of its traditional hamlet, with narrow, cobbled streets that preserve the aroma of times gone by. In addition, its church of Santo Domingo de Silos, originally a watchtower, was visually connected to the Aragon Tower of Molina.
Huertapelayo and Villar de Cobeta are its districts and together with them, they possess one of the wildest and most abrupt natural spaces created by the flow of the Tagus River.
